Found this plant in the country on the power lines any ideas.

Can't see it too clearly, but could it be Wild Indigo?

That one looks like a Clematis, but IDK what type.

I agree, the second one is Clematis, possibly Clematis 'Nelly Moser'

The flowers on the first remind me of lupine...which growes wild for me here in the Florida panhandle. Where is Molino??? I can not find my way out of a wet paper bag

Since Ginger mentioned Lupine as your first plant I found that Florida does indeed have a native Lupine:

can you get a photo of the foliage for the first plant?

It's hard to tell from the photos, but to me the leaves of the plants in question look mostly brown/dead so it makes me think that those are silvery seed pods rather than flowers.

The seed pods in the fnps.org site photos are still greener than the ones in your photos, but it seems like it may be a good contender for the id on these....
Hopefully, someone that knows for sure will check in here.
