I spoke about doing a tutorial on tree peony grafting earlier this Spring. Grafting time is perfect for those wanting to try it out. My first year using this method I had a 50% success rate, which is good for a novice.

Watch for my article in the coming days on the home page. I submitted the tutorial to Dave and Trish and it will be placed in the Ideas Area. Have not been given an official date, but it should be soon. Enjoy!

So Tracy, if I try two, I'll end up with one?
Not bad...
I need to find myself some tree peony cuttings...

The more you try, especially for the first time, the better your chances. If you have access to the material, I would say to try 8 or 10, if you can. They don't take up a lot of space. But if you try two, hopefully one of them will make it, but maybe both of them will. Worth a try.
