and is it going to take over my world? It's very pretty if it behaves itself.

Thumb of 2013-09-07/SeedSprout/deae9a

Buds begin to open just before dark. I have not plunged my nose into it to see if it's scented but the hummingbird moths are loving it. The blooms are about 4 inches, pale lavender with a purple center.

Immature buds waiting to open

Flower on left opened last night. I don't know if it opens again or not. The bud on the right will open this evening.

Close up of leaf. They are normally not spotted...guess some bug has been sucking on it.

Thanks for any info.

Brenda...after we got off the phone, I got to thinking and I *think* it is Pink Moon Vine Ipomoea macrorhiza. I went to the DB and checked the pics I added and the leaves ARE different then the white moonvine. I got mine from my friend Jackie. Hers is in the ground and does come back each year...I put the one she gave me in a pot and it didn't come back for me. Durn...wish I could remember how to make a link, but look up Pink Moon Vine and see what you think. Ginger

Hilarious! Now you can get some other badges to go with that goat. But you are rich as ZuZu gave you acorns also. You see the ten next to your post above?

Thank you too ZuZu... I don't think I received a notice for your acorns or I didn't know where to look. I will have to learn my way around. I miss the plant world.

Rita...I may buy more badges or wait to see if there is another opportunity for a T-shirt. I love the one my friend gingin has.

Brenda...for shore the goat is the right badge for you Rolling on the floor laughing wanted to see the babies, but too busy running my mouth. You should get a system message when you get acorns. You ought to add all the wonderful pictures of brugs that I know you have...plus write an article about hybridizing brugs. Have you been to the farming forum yet???
