At first I thought this might be pokeweed, but after looking in my books it isn't.

I think it is a type of Sumac, but not sure which kind. Smiling

Looks like Winged Sumac to me too: Shining Sumac (Rhus copallina)

Thanks all... I agree What is odd is that I don't remember seeing it bloom and it's in an area I've been trying to clean out. Perhaps I was working elsewhere when it bloomed Shrug! Oh well...off to add my pictures
