what do you mean there are that many .. i have a wish list a mile long and only about 3 are on auction right now lol
if there are 50,000 rose cultivars than i bet there are 2 or 3 times that many dl..
does any one know how many there are.

hey daylily,, you could do a database *snicker* the forum could be called 'all the daylilies' and the threads could be A-D and so on .. or you could name it '' my wish list''

Many have photos in the information.

Many people use the "Eureka" which is published each year for reference when buying. It is a great tool.

No problem... I was just trying to provide information. Some of the people that have posted here I am familiar with from other sites, but some I don't know... and don't know if they are a newbie or not.

I just love to get new people addicted to The Lily Auction. You'll be out digging up all your lawn to make room for more and more and more daylilies before you know it. Thank goodness there are enough daylilies to go around and we don't have to fight over them.

Here's a link to the gallery on Mydaylilies. Most of these are newer daylilies and a great way to see what all is available. http://mydaylilies.com/daylily... I think I'm only up to the J's and I have a page long wish list for every letter of the alphabet.

It is impossible for me to pick just one. Kinda like Lays potato chips LOL.
Plus variety is the spice of life. UFs are at the top of my list, but I love them all.

Lambertson has it listed as 6". It is an awesome plant! Here's another pic with it looking just a little bit different. You'll also find this photo at Maryott's site Rolling my eyes.

Picking a favorite daylily is really hard. I would, I guess, have to pick by performance and not a pretty face. One of my best performers(and there are several) would have to be BIG SMILE. It just puts on such a wonderful show and blooms a very long time for me.
