I notice that I can't search for specie sempervivum from the Sempervivum database page. The Sempervivum Database
That is not new however. Is there a reason it won't do a specie search?
As in Sempervivum comollii
I should be able to just type in comollii and have it come up.
It is found if I use the Plant Database page.

Can you give me steps to replicate this? I searched for Sempervivum comollii and found both entries.

Are you trying to use the cultivar finder? That's only for finding cultivars, not species.

It is from this page, the one for the Sempervivum database. The Sempervivum Database
Taken from the list on the All Things Plants Database page (Visit our custom databases:)

It seems like we should be able to search for any sempervivum in the database from this page?

It is only a cultivar search and it's searching only cultivar names. The search engine that searches all fields, including the species, it on the top right of the database.
