Does anyone have milkweed seeds they can send me sometime during fall or winter for postage, I wanna create a big monarch waysation, but i have only a small budget, and cant buy milkweed plants and cant buy seeds. i have found milkweed plants in the wild but they usually die being transplanted.

I could send you some Tropical Milkweed seeds later on when I collect some if you want annual plant seeds. The other kind of milkweed I have might not be suitable for your area.

I have some Syrica or tall green milkweed seeds ,. I will keep you a couple small seed bags pod or two maybe four of seeds

Sometimes people may post about seeds or plants they are looking for in hopes that eventually someone might have them to share. I just didn't want you to be wondering why you didn't get a response from teengardener.

Lin, I was wondering where teengardener1888 was, I noticed a lot of posts from him asking for seeds or plants, did he get the boot for trying to take advantage of the good people here?

Margaret: I'm not sure of the reason he/she is no longer a member but usually when someone has disruptive behavior, admin/mgt will have them removed.

Tree mail me your snail mail address..I have milkweed seeds. My seeds are from Asclepias currasavica if that is the type you want to plant.

Maybe, being a teen, s/he just moved on......
At any rate, I am chock to the gills with Asclepias tuberosa seeds from several years.
Dunno how long they are good for but I also DO HAVE some 2012 and 2013.

My seed collecting got ahead of my seed planting..... Late winter, I am going to just go sprinkle them everywhere, but milk jug "cloches" on them and see what comes up!

SO if you want some Asclepias t, let me know!
