Peter, this is such an interesting dark colored sempervivum. I love both of the photos you entered. This one with the offsets really catches my eye because of the even darker offsets. Also very nice watermarks.

We will have to wait and see. I am finding that most sempervivum can obtain even larger size if grown in the ground/raised bed.

it's like the fishes in an aquarium - the bigger the container the bigger the rosettes...at least till the reproduction;
