My Hooker's Orchid Cactus (Epiphyllum hookeri) has set three fruits this year. Does anyone know for sure if they are safe for humans to eat??

According to this site they are edible but not that tasty and very seedy. Also take a long time for the fruit to ripen. http://www.theamateursdigest.c...
