FF24 here, too. Windows 7 home premium. Maybe these screenshots will help (or not).
Full screen (1920 x1080) and reduced, with slide to the left and to the right.

With the slide to the left, I increased the width of the window by 1 inch each:

From the original reduced window with the slide to the right (and no banner showing), I increased the width of the window by 1 inch each:

I'm still trying to figure out what "truncated" means...

Truncated means shortened or cut off at the top or the end - the banner's right side has been cut off (it is missing) when I look at it.

Is the screen zoomed in? My banner is always shortened/ truncated because I have the text zoomed up so large so I can see it . That it cuts it off. When I reduce it to normal size, I see the entire banner. Or even smaller, I see several banners.

I can see the full banner when the page is full sized. If I reduce the window and use the scroll bar at the bottom of the page, I used to be able to see the entire banner (it would scroll with the page). Now if I use the scroll bar, I get dead, "white" space - the right-hand side of the banner is gone.

ShadyGreenThumb, I took a picture of tonight's banner:

If you click on the picture, it will show you where the banner is missing. Smiling

Tell me what happens when you move the bottom scroll bar to the left. Why is your ATP window smaller? It appears to not be at full screen. btw, I'm no Geek just trying to help.

When the scroll bar is to the right, I get this:

I was just surprised that it stopped working the way it worked before.

I am thinking that your ATP window is still not full sized. I still see another window behind it. And you are sure you are not zoomed in? Have you tried opening another ATP window to see what shows up?

You are correct - the window is not full-size. When it is, I get the full banner. The problem is that I used to be able to use the scroll bar in split-screen mode in order to see the full banner but the scroll bar function is no longer working like that.

So Rita, you were experiencing the problem before but the changes I made today fixed it?

I don't know if this helps or not, but I also tried it with Java enabled and still no luck.

A hah! If I UNCLICK "zoom text only", and zoom WAY out with my mouse wheel and the CTRL key, then I CAN shrink the logo to a point where there is some empty space to the far right.

But isn't it SUPPOSED to do that if you zoom to a point where 1500 pixels are smaller than your CRT?

I can still reproduce the same photos as I did in Post #21 above. There is no change.
