Caraway seeds are a favorite of mine.
It is biennial.

Also like dill, borage and lovage.

I have one cardamon plant, which I was hoping would mature and give seeds.
It is grown as a houseplant---maybe I need to repot it and grow it outside for a summer.

Some herbs can be grown for tea making.
I try new ones every year.
