Green Rainbow

I timed the uploading time. Two minutes. Then I have to write the caption or whatever I want to write in here after that. And that gives me one picture. Just one.

Grace Like Rain

This time I tried adding a second picture. Two minutes for each. Plus you can't type in here until all uploads are done as otherwise it messes up the text. So I have to remember what the caption is for the first picture is until they both get added. I don't know how anyone can manage to post a string of pictures here under this method.

Well, WOW, that GREEN RAINBOW is really worth all that time! I know you posted a picture of it the other day, but what an impact this picture has! I'll have to look that one up!!! And the others aren't too shabby either! I actually purchased about ten Westbourne daylilies from Mary Jane through the Lily Auction after you raved about her daylilies, and so far three or four have bloomed and I really love them! Here is her WESTBOURNE TERESA THROWING KISSES, my favorite so far!

Betty, I do love Westbournes. I have over 40 of them here in my garden. Not that one but it sure is a beauty.

Green Rainbow didn't have the imperfections today that the one the other day had. Love it today.

Rita, you can add pictures side-by-side if you want, and you really can post pictures anywhere in your narrative as you go along. You just have to hit the return key before and after you upload a picture, and then it will post on the next line and your text will continue on the line after. And also, I use the "Preview" button a lot to make sure of where I am as I go along.

If you want to post side-by-side you upload both pictures, and each will be on a separate line, and then you place your cursor at the very beginning of the second one and hit the delete key once, and it will pop up to the previous line and carry over to the second line. Then hit the return key once again at the end of the second picture. And then you can check it with the "Preview" button to see how it looks. Sometimes I do three across if I have a lot.

I am so happy that you are trying it out, and I know you're not thrilled about it, but I do love your pictures!

Well, that is three pictures out of the approx 20 I had for the daylily forum and maybe ten more for the lily forum. None of which are getting posted. Plus there will be more pictures to post tomorrow. I am major bummed.

Thanks for the explination. I will try it when I can face adding more pictures here.

Thanks Polly. I do have some inexpensive ones but I really have a habit of buying the current years new intros which means they are pricey. But I ran out of room, didn't buy anything for 2011 so what I am posting can't be newer than 2010.

I intend to chuck out some poor performers (not ones posted ha-ha) so that I can buy some 2012 intros over the winter. I need to take out something if I want to add anything thats how little room I have left in my daylily beds.

Rita, thanks for posting those CLOWN PARADE pic's. I really love it and I know I'll get it by winter! And I see you've got a poly too, as well as other lush beauties. I hope you keep posting your Westbournes as they bloom so I can see them all. So are you getting excited to see all the new daylilies that will be coming out for 2012? Hurray!

I have the same dilemma with both daylilies and irises -- have to delete something to make room for something else, and on and on it goes. But believe me, my gardens can't even be compared with yours!

Thanks, everyone. And I never have problems finding homes for tossed daylilies. Friends always snap them up :-)

Betty, I am not really thinking about 2012 intros yet as I am so into my own daylilies here starting to bloom.

Also, STAR POLY is by Don Herr and it is always a poly. Don't know how he managed to hybirdize it that way but he did.
