This is the part I hate. I have 3 Aloe poly to give out to above people who wished they could have one.
Hetty is alreay promised that is not counted in the 3. So please let me know. I am not keeping one myself. It would be too much to bring in and out for our zone 6 winters. I just wanted to see if I could and I did.

Carebear, I think Greg @gg5 may want one. We had in the past been tree mailing about finding one and now opportunity has presented itself. May I ask for one for him seeing as no one has responded yet? Confused

Ok Tee, I still have your address in my file. I have in my notes about a Huernia plant promised? I don't remember. Also how the other's doing I sent you. (in case you need replacements).

If I didn't keep some kind of notes to myself, I would be totally braindead.

thank you Tee.

To my friends at All things Plants,
I just ordered another 100 seeds! Aloe Polyphylla 'Spiral Aloe' for $24. They will come some time next month from China. As you may know, A. polyphylla is sterile, which means it has to have another pollen parent. So all A. poly is a hybrid. Should be marked A. poly X. These coming from China is completely different than the ones I just grew. It has some the same but others that carry the A. poly gene but look a lot different. Check the line to the add ;

I would have liked to copied the picture but it has some copywright at the bottom.
However these I like even more. More colors and texture. And with 100 seeds, I should not have to turn anybody down for seedlings.
Stush Hurray!

Update;
Received seeds from China July 31, 14. They came in 5 small bags of 20 seeds each. So the first bag planted with out doing anything at all. Next 20 seeds soaked in warm water with rootone for 24 hrs. then planted. Checking Aug. 14, the soaked seeds yield 7 seeds out of 20. The other pot counted 17 germinated out of the 20. So the rest of the 60 seeds went into their planted pot Aug. 14, 14. Next month I will give another up date. So far that makes 24 plants.
