This is one that I had blooming this morning up in the holding bed. I had pulled it last year for a second look and forgot to take a picture of it. It is a cross of Forestlake Ragamuffin X Lemon Fringed Pastel. I grew 18 of these and this was the best one.

Now that is a nice toothie seedling!! Most I have seen are orange or off purples with not great color but this is outstanding. Great job Sherry.

I spotted this scape in the babie seedlings (now 10 months old) yesterday, its 34 inchs tall with 4 branchs from two of my seedlings. When I see a scape like this I can envision what the bloom might look like which hardly ever comes true. It will bloom in the next few days and I will be delighted or most likely disapointed.
This is a sib to the above.

Thanks Becky. Here is a toothie 10 month old that bloomed this morning. Its also from two seedlings. Not as nice as Sherry's but the color is good.

Love those seedlings! I can sure see why you're so eager to to see the first bloom on that one seedling, as its sibs are absolutely gorgeous! And I'm still a huge fan of the toothy ones too, and that yellow is beautiful.
