I wish my Gloriosa lilies would grow like that. Can you give me some tips on growing them?

Also, where can I get a start of the Polaris? Whistling

Lovely photo ... Polaris is really beautiful; I'd love a Polaris too. Green Grin!

My husband and I took a motorcycle ride along the coast up to Flagler Beach for breakfast this past weekend and there was a young couple with a 4 year old Husky at the table next to us. He was the rusty color and such a sweet dog. We recently submitted an application with a Golden Retriever Rescue to adopt a dog. We'd been going back and forth for awhile as to what type of canine we wanted to bring home and it will be either a Golden Retriever, Chocolate Lab, or perhaps a Husky. We were told about a Husky Rescue in south Fla and I may have my sister and brother in law check it out for us. We had a large malamute years ago but haven't had a dog of any breed in the family in a long time. Our last pet (cat) died 1 1/2 years ago and we've been talking about adopting a dog. We've been getting estimates the past two days for putting a fence up so hopefully we will be doggie parents by the end of the year. Smiling

J: Your gardens are so pretty, I always enjoy viewing your photographs!

Polaris will be 11 years old next month. Huskies are very active dogs. They talk a lot! Polaris actually sings also. There are 2 songs by (and get this) Omar and the Howlers (blues) that when played stimulate him to sing along.
