Thanks y'all. I wasn't sure and someone told me it was an Agave of some sort but after you both suggested Coral Aloe (Aloe striata) I looked at the photo's here in the ATP database as well as elsewhere on-line and indeed it looks exactly like Aloe striata. I will submit a proposal to move it to the correct location in the DB.

Sure thing - that particular cultivar can be quite variable -lines in the leaves, no lines, teeth, no teeth - unless you see it bloom, it can be tough to figure out.
The most 'Agave-like' of the Aloes. The leaves tend to be much thicker and fleshier than most Agaves, and the tips are not armed.
