When the lower petal is larger then the other petals and reminds you of a tongue? Sticking tongue out

I don't know that a "name"has been designated for this. It is just a fact that the bottom petal is often longer or larger. There is a "fault"that some of us who are show judges call "tonguing"but it is not the same thing. Tonguing is when a sepal sticks out rather than laying flat as it should, thus causing a fault in form.
