I would agree with Oxalis, but no idea which one. That is an interesting contrast of the yellow flowers with the purple foliage.

I'd love to find that one for sale somewhere, it's gorgeous! I have the Oxalis triangularis pictured below in a container on my deck. It usually dies back in winter but returns each spring.

I live in zone 8, so I think it would have to come indoors for winter? That is why I didn't get it.
