Hi, Mindy! Welcome to the Orchid forum!
If I may ask where you are posting from? And how long have you been growing Orchids?
Please do look around the different threads on the Orchid forum and hopefully we see some nice pictures of your blooms posted into the appropriate month? ( this one is a bit tough to make out.. Smiling ) That would be lovely.
Any questions, please ask away. We will do our best to answer.

I am not sure how to put it in my profile. I live in Lake County Florida I received my first orchid about 3 weeks ago but my grandpa grew them all the time. I got my first one in remembrance of him. Now i own 3 total. 2 Clark Pits and an Aeridovanda Somsri Sunlight which I got fro Mt Dora Garden Fest.

Uh, oh, Mindy's just caught a case of Orchid - itis! Welcome to the Orchid Forum! You live pretty near to Apopka, where there are lots of wonderful orchids to be had.

That Aeridovanda sure does have pretty colors on it, anyway.

Yes, it does! Smiling
I see you are in Florida, that will make it easier comparing notes, since we have a few Floridians here. Thumbs up

In the meanwhile I looked up your Aeridovanda Somsri Sunlight, I love it! That is a very pretty Orchid!
