xeter: Welcome to ATP!

I agree with fixpix, your plant looks to be Tree Philodendron (Philodendron bipinnatifidum) and if it's not the large tree Philo it's more than likely P. bipinnatifidum 'Hope', a cultivar that stays small. Here in Florida they are often sold at local garden centers and big box stores like Home Depot. You can find growing information for it here: http://www.alphabotanical.com/philodendron.php

Looks to me like it needs a larger pot and water ... looks extremely dry.

At first glance I thought it was a pachypod!
