When I click to upload an image it brings me to the top of the page?? I am having image issues on my laptop right now, not everything is showing up. I wonder if this is related??

Hmmmm, I am also unable to click on the emoticons below the reply box, and the All Things Plants is missing, in it's place another bromeliad carryover from the right side, the Banner of 11/13. I have shut down my computer and restarted. Also ran Malware Bytes and came up clean. Any Geeks out there want to give me some hints?

Annnnnnnnnnnnd we're back! In case anyone else has a problem, there was a glitch in the latest Window's Update that caused all my problems. Microsoft has issued a patch to correct the issues. Apparently I missed "Patch Tuesday". Here it is:
