...and are now as I write. This picture is from early Summer. I plant the gardens with Winter vegetables like beautiful Cabbages, Swiss Chard, Giant Red Mustards and many assorted greens in various shades to fill in the annual spaces this time of year. I freeze or can many of them for the next season...

So the Amaranthus and Coleus and some of the other cold sensitive plants get that big in a year? Living here where we're lucking to get 4 months without frost, it's hard for me to imagine! Blinking Smiling
