Does anyone recognize this plant. It was sent as Creeping Jenny (Lysimachia nummularia).
It is looking like it may not be a correct name for it?

This is not Creeping Jenny, which has thin and more rounded leaves. Lysimachia have five stamens, not ten.

Not sure what it is, though.

The flowers look so much like a Sedum Lynn, Sedum makinoi comes close but the leaves look to have a slightly pointed tip.

Good morning Janet.
I do have S. makinoi 'Limelight'. When I get home I will see if it is light enough outside to do a comparison.

I am curious to know from where it was sent, please. Was it a private trade or a purchase?
Thank you.
Might it be Sedum hybridum ‘Czar’s Gold’ - Mongolian Stonecrop?

Good afternoon Lynn.

Greene, 'Czar's Gold' has crenate leaf margins.

The first thing I thought of was sedum, but sedum only has terminal flowers.... so I thought.

As I have now found in both North America and China texts, Sedum species can have both terminal and axillary inflorescence. The shape of the developing capsules, as well as the stamens and petals concur also.

I got home to late to go out and check. I may have to wait until this weekend with the shortened daylight hours. Sad
On this link you can see photos of my S. makinoi 'Limelight'.

Japanese Woodland Stonecrop (Sedum makinoi 'Limelight')
