These two plants are the same. I tried to change the name of one but that's a process sometimes when there are two entries that are the same.

Which is the main cultivar name, and is the other an alternative or also-sold-as cultivar name or merely a common name?

The proper way to handle this would be to first propose that one or the other of the entries be deleted (doesn't really matter which one, although IF one entry has pictures and the other doesn't it's much simpler to delete the entry without pictures). Then propose a name change for the remaining entry.

It's also very helpful for the moderators if you provide some sort of reference or link when making these types of proposals so they can verify that the changes are actually correct.

Edited to say that, if both entries have pictures, you'll first need to propose moving all the images from one entry to the other because the system doesn't allow an entry with pictures to be deleted.

I think I have it figured out. It's been awhile since I dealt with the two entries in question both having images. I've proposed moving all the photos in one of the entries to the other correct entry and then will propose a deletion.
