Thanks everyone for all the acorns and thumbs. @Greene Mary, I don't know if I'll get around to making the jelly, but your jelly recipe gives me one more reason to love these gorgeous berries.

If you don't plan to use all the berries, you might make a post on your local FreeCycle pages and offer to a local jelly maker (then barter to get a jar of jelly!).

Thanks so much Tina. When we inherited my brother's home in FL, I was thrilled to find lots of beautyberry bushes on the property! To me, it was comparable to finding buried treasure!
