@valleylynn and @Dave,
I think this has to do with the multiplication sign vs. an x. I just changed the multiplication sign to an x on Hen and Chicks (Sempervivum 'Just Plain Crazy') and the parentage now works.

You're right, Evan. Using the math symbol instead of the letter "x" can create havoc in the database.

I sometimes forget when I copy/paste an new name. At least it's an easy fix. Smiling

But I have been typing the same x in each entry?
Ah, there were some that I copied and pasted from the data entry for the plant. What I don't understand is that when those were typed in the x was used?

I just realized that I was not the one that put put that information. And I didn't notice that it was a times x instead of the letter x. How do you do a time x? I don't see it on my keyboard.

I went back through the ones I did today and fixed the ones that had the time x. All is well. : )
