If you have room, you might try planting the unsprouted ones separately and labeling them as such. You never know!

My "bunnies" are in fact Guinea pigs. 5 of them so far.

Mima, any news? Do you have coffee seedlings yet? I definitely don't live in a place warm enough for it, but I think growing coffee is so cool!

Thanks for asking. I soaked them as advised, then planted in coir, watered with a hint of superthrive, and it's been 15 days today and no sign of anything, not even for the 2 beans that showed the little embryo starting to sprout. Still waiting. I don't know if they will sprout, but I'm hoping.
