Anyone know what is wrong with this plant?

A fungus, perhaps? In my experience these plants are almost indestructible unless they are over-watered.

I'd say sunburn maybe...
Certainly could be fungus tho...

Thanks you guys, I'm thinking it is some kind of fungus as it has continued to decline. All that is left is the stem so I cut a section of the roots and put in my cloner. Maybe it will send up a pup on the root section. This is Washington state so not sunburn. Trying to think when I last saw the sun, maybe a few weeks ago. I think it got to wet or chilled in my kitchen.
