Have a Bucket Handy

By goldfinch4

I always carry a 5 gallon bucket with a handle into the garden with me. I keep plant tie-wraps twisted onto the handle in case I need them. On the way to the garden, the bucket holds my tools. On my way back from the garden, it holds the weeds and spent flowers.

For years I have always carried two - three buckets into the garden - one is filled with the tools and seeds. In fact my daily favorite tools stay in a bucket in the shed all summer long. The other two buckets are either empty for the weeds or may have compost in them. Either way they return filled with weeds. I like the idea of putting ti-wraps or in my case velcro ties on the handle. Will add that to this summer's buckets!

Thumbs up I'd be lost without my buckets!
