If you could grow only one vegetable, one that would provide the most nutrition for you and your family, what would it be?

I knew for afew years that I really should loose weight but I did not get motivated till last year. Now I feel so much better than I did when I was carrying that extra weight around. I intend to keep it off. Don't want it back ever.

Still, I do love donuts and chocolate. I do have some every once in a while. Life is no fun if you can't have stuff you really shouldn't eat upon occasion.

But I sure don't crave those greezy fast food hamburgers like to used to eat. Have one maybe once in six months.
