If you could grow only one vegetable, one that would provide the most nutrition for you and your family, what would it be?

Oh, I wanted to add that I love baked beans. I only buy the canned ones though. Never thought to make my own. But baked beans go as a side dish to so many things. I often have baked beans and burgers. Either meat patties or Morningstar veggie burgers. Both taste extra great with a can of baked beans.

I forgot to add if you make up the seed/cinnamon concoction with cayenne pepper, you will need a box of tissues handy! It really does clean out your sinuses.

I sprinkle "one" shake of cayenne in my morning hot lemon drink - almost wakes me up faster than coffee Whistling

I grow peppers but I never grow the hot peppers of any kind. Bell peppers but especially frying peppers such as the sweet Italian types. None of those hot peppers for me!

However, this year I am planning to try something different for me. Something called a heatless jalapeno. I am getting mine from Territorial seed.

If I did that, Vic, it would probably also wake up the neighbors.

Ive learned over the years, that nothing will unstuff being "stuffed up" as well as cayenne pepper. It even prevents ear aches. And I guess older people need a dose of the hot stuff to wake up their taste buds.
