Looks like Indian Chief is a pretty close match, but there are several of the old "reds" that are quite similar....Arlyn

Here's my first bloom for 2014 and also the first bloom since I received it in a trade - NOID.
Who do you think she is?

Check out "Ola Kala", and maybe "California Gold", either in the database, or on the AIS wiki....Your NOID looks "familiar", but , There are lots of those yellows!...Arlyn

Your "NoID" seems to have colored "spots" on the falls (like a broken color iris) that are random. This would exclude Ola Kala as a possibility. Its form also makes me think a later time period.

'Lightning Streak' is wonderful! Exciting to see Iris blooms this early. Will be awhile before any here in zone 5, so it's nice to be able to enjoy yours.
