Bonnie -- *In Your Dreams* is definitely lavender, in my mind. If you like -- I'll pay extra attention to it this year and report back on that.

Greg -- those are good choices! Smiling If I'm thinning any of those this year, shall I let you know...............? Green Grin!

Patty -- I have never been a picture-taker. Some of my efforts are really poor. But now that I've gotten so heavily involved in my Irises, half the fun of bloom season is getting pictures of them. I'm rarely satisfied with my efforts -- but some of them turn out wonderful, and just blow me away that I *did* that! Smiling I think you'd have a lot of fun!

Thanks for those, Mary Ann--beautiful! And thanks especially for mixing in some historics. That NOID Rosalee is a stunner. And Copper Mountain! I've promptly added that and Miss California to my list to track down this year.

I don't grow "Black Magic Woman," but when I saw your picture I would have sworn it was "Sharp Dressed Man," which I do grow. Weird that there would be two irises that look so similar in *those* colors. At a glance they don't seem to have a close genetic relationship, even. Or maybe they don't look so similar in real life--has anyone here seen the two side by side?

Kind of bittersweet to see "Picasso Moon." I rather liked that one for a yellow iris, but it rotted out before it had a chance to get established.

OK -- that's it. There were many that were thinned in 2012, and didn't bloom in 2013 -- or bloomed poorly and weren't worth photographing. Also -- the unending rain kept the soil saturated and I lost quite a few rhizomes that would have bloomed, but died instead. Sad

Anyway -- hope I brightened up your morning!

Greg -- I got confused with your various lists (easy to do these days). If you would be so kind as to make one list of the ones that you like -- I'll copy that and see what happens here this Spring.

Patty -- are you putting a bid in for *Cranberry Ice*? I can probably send you a rhizome of that next summer. Not sure about *Hold My Hand* -- I moved that one in 2012, and I got minimal bloom and increases last year. Shrug!

Brett -- I just found your post. It got kinda lost in the flurry of activity this morning! nodding

I can't help you with Copper Mountain -- it's one of the ones that struggled with the soaking wet soil last year, and I'm praying that it survived. The NOID Rosalee is one that I might be able to send you -- I'll know better when my batch of unidentified Irises along the fenceline bloom this Spring. If I've got some, I'll be glad to send you some as it's one that I replanted elsewhere, and gave away the leftover rhizomes last year.

Also -- Picasso Moon needs thinning this year and I can send you a couple rhizomes of that one too.

I got Black Magic Woman from the PNW Iris sale a couple of years ago -- it should be correct. I got Sharp Dressed Man last year -- I hope that it will bloom this Spring. If it does, then I'll be able to compare the two (almost) side-by-side.
