Chaya aka Spinach Tree leaves are aromatic, and when fresh can be used as an air freshener, or thrown into soups or stews as you would bay leaf. But they must be used fresh: once dried, they lose the fragrance and flavor.
At our ranchiito we do NOT keep bees.
They and other critters grace us with their presence, and we provide for their need to the best of our abilities.
