If you are new to the site, Welcome! If you have followed us over from Cubits - it looks like the transition was smooth!

NOTE that there was a small "glitch"... some of the threads you may have been watching in the past will show up as having "NEW" posts in them here. If you will open them, and go to the end of the thread, check the date of the last post. Some of the threads that showed up as having "new" posts in my thread watcher showed the last post over a year ago. We don't really need to bring all those old posts to the top again by replying to them -- thinking they are new threads.

So, if you don't mind, take a look to be sure there REALLY are new posts to the thread before replying.... Thanks! Whistling Smiling

I will sticky this thread for a while. Please post any issues or questions here.... or you can "tree-mail" me!

Juli

I love the All Things Plant Format and really know I am going to like this daylily forum. No look all over the place for everything like at Cubits, hurray. I already found posts on the forum that I have not seen before.

Rita, I think some of the posts you are seeing are the old ones that are showing up at the top because of the glitch. Some of them are showing up in people's thread watchers as new, when they really are old. All you have to do is look at the date of the last post.

But, yes, it is much easier to find your way around! I know I will spend more time looking at forums I would have over looked at Cubits - like Cottage Gardening, for example.

A hint to getting around is to click on the All Things Plants logo in the upper left - takes you back to the home page where you can see your unread threads.

Humm, have to go see if these were older or not. I just know they were new to me. At any rate they will show up as new now as I was posting on them myself. Thanks for the tip about hitting the logo.

Glad you made it Dahlia.

Charlie, the yellow is a seedling of mine. I love it for it's simplicity, and intensity of color.

Looks like the type (script) changed some time between this morning and now to smaller blockier print. I thought the prior version was better. It was easier to see.

Oh I think I get it. The first page of the daylily forum is now longer showing more of the postings. Must be why the change was made.

Rita, I read on one of the "site" forums - where Dave and Trish talk about the site issues and changes, that Dave has been working with the fonts today.

My daylilies are constantly losing their leaves, I suspect overwatering as they are in containers, but am afraid to not water as its so hot !~ any other things that could make the leaves look pale and dryup ? thanks!

I agree this print is rather small, wish it was like cubits, easier to read.

I have a lot in pots and the same thing happens here, I don't worry about it, I think its a natural thing for this time of year.

Oh Stephanie, I didn't know there was an iris badge. I only gave myself a daylily one. Plus I see the daylily badge changed as it is pink today and was yellow yesterday.
