My garden is loosing some color...sad. But the purslane is till blooming and I wanted everyone to know Home Depot has some for sale. It's the smaller blooms but still very pretty. Get there early in the morning so you can see the bloom color you'll be getting.

Rain Dancing for Rain!

I still have a few special color spots too like the Sapphire Showers Duranta, snail vine and vinca. I was spoiled by this lovely spring!

Each morning the purslane pops the garden awake and the MG's are blooming but aren't lasting long and aren't plentiful anymore. I guess having some old standards like Bougies, lantana and oleander isn't such a bad thing....they add to the green that is growing like crazy.

Mine dies back a little in the winter and I am sure it will again this year. The blooms are worth it!!

Alan......I wear a rain coat....and carry an umbrella!

I agree about the bougies....amazingly gorgeous bloom. When we get to heaven, we can ask to let them smell better.

These are taking over the house...which I let them do!

Nice blooms! I'm gasping for water at the thought of going outside right now to water my pots - argh! Grumbling
