Everyone's lists look great......I haven't ordered anything this year cause money is tight. Gonna wait and see if what I got last year comes back after this winter and just keep my eyes open for discounted plants.

I did buy 6 different Cosmo seed packets the other day at Walgreen's that they had on clearance for 25 cents. Love watching Cosmo's sway in the breeze during summer.

Yesterday I stopped in at Big Lots and they had Rose bushes for $3.75. I also got the Big Rewards discount so the Roses only cost me $3.00 ea. I Got Gold Glow an Ever blooming Hybrid Tea Rose with large, double, golden-yellow blooms and Blue Girl also an Ever blooming Hybrid Tea Rose with Large, fragrant, well formed silvery lilac-blue blooms. (always wanted a blue rose)
Last year I took cuttings off my Pink rose bush that blooms non stop from early summer til November. I have managed to get one of the cuttings to root and it now has three leaves sprouted.

You should come for a spring visit with Allison, Karen. If you like to try to root shrub cuttings, I have about 40 different rose bushes and 25 different flowering shrubs.

Yep......worried about some marginal ones on the south side....the snow has finally started to melt in that garden, but there's too much snow to get to it!

This year I finally got to use WiltPruf on lots of my bushes and trees. It seems that I don't see all the twigs and branches totally black (which would be the winter burn on the rose bushes). I also cover the bottoms with layers of straw for the winter. After all of this, I did order 6 rose bushes from a co-op in fall......just in case, and some shrubs from Bluestone's half priced Friday sales.

I did cover some hydrangea with burlap, but I'm afraid the temps were just too low to have blooms this summer.......

I do not have most of the names handy, been a busy ordering season here although not flowers like i see here - btw i saw a couple itoh peonies today at HD which surprised me.

- 15 or so jm's - grass is an endangered species here
- 15 mini/dwarf conifers
- trying the kentucky blue wisteria that has multiple blooms, plan let it grow up one of the huge hickories that border the back yard
- there is a bluestone order of some flowers although I can't even remember what. i think shade plants
- there is a list of hosta's i need to order about 8 of them
- three colored water lilies from HD, and picked up some dwarf dahlia and purple/pink astible there today

probably missing something
