Looks good Allison. Plants look nice and healthy.

I just got a haul of free Daffodils that where rescued from a pile .....The landscapers in the area plant new ever year and toss the ones they dig up to replace with flowers once the Daffodills have died back. These are the ones the landscapers tossed in a pile last year and let roll down a hill over the winter. I must have a hundred or so. Many are blooming and many are still small. They are all very healthy with tons of roots. They are all Yellow with orange centers. Gonna be busy getting them in the ground over the next few days.

Allison the ones I planted last year came up this year. Most don't have flowers but they sure look healthy. I planted them all as individuals. I have several that have buds that have not bloomed yet. This year I'm planting them in clumps.

Picked up a few clearanced Geraniums at Lowes tonight for only 75 cents. Got two pink, two reds and one hot pink color. Never tried growing Geraniums cause my Mom was so allergic to them. If nothing else I'll put them in planters for some added color and try and over winter them. I have a larger Geranium that I over wintered from a Curby findy last fall.

Received 4 nice Pretoria Canna Lily tubers for only postage from someone named Voss. I love the leaves on this one! My order came for the Oriental, Rubrum and other lilies. Elodie and Black beauty were my favorites in the box.

I do, too....my art teacher has work being shown at the NY Botanical Society...the opening of the new show was Wed. She brought back the catalog, & someone had done a colored pencil drawing of a canna that was outstanding.....if any of you go into the city, it would be a wonderful place to visit!
