I miss my days working at a wholesale grower. The one I worked at was 8 acres under greenhouse roof. I had my own golf cart to get around. My job was production co-ordinator, prepare crop schedules/plans, prepare "sticking", sowing and transplanting schedules, order all the seeds and cuttings and my most fave, plan the container combos. Everyone thought it was weird that I new all the varieties and exactly where they were in the greenhouse. To me it was a passion, to the others it was a job....big difference in interest and engagement. And yes, I did buy a lot. Who wouldn't?
