I have been bumbling around the site for days now, but am having issues with some things.

For example, working on my list.

I want to add Rose (Rosa 'Ole') , but when I put it in the box to add EXACTLY as you have it, it does not pop up and the choice to want, have, or had never shows up, therefore the plant cannot be added.

Also, it is time-consuming and annoying to not be able to locate by Latin name.

Any help given will be appreciated.

If I know the exact name of a plant, it should not be necessary to spend an hour locate it. Perhaps enabling fuzzy logic would help us ?

They and other critters grace us with their presence, and we provide for their need to the best of our abilities.

I'm not sure I understand or see the problem

Here's the plant page
Rose (Rosa 'Ole')

On the left side border you click "add this plant to your list"

Does this not work for you? Am I misunderstanding?

I think she's trying to add the plant from the "Manage your list" area.
It's definitely MUCH easier to locate the plant in the database and add it from there! Did what Karen posted make sense to you, Lavanda?
Confidence is that feeling you have right before you do something really stupid.
