Thumb of 2014-03-17/webesemps/a7dbf5 Any hints as to what this plant is?

It's a shade plant that goes dormant in winter and just popped up these new leaves within last three weeks in zone 9b. I've had it for the last 3 years and it's always come back with new leaves. Leaves are tinged purple when bigger. Can't seem to take much sun.
These photos taken last 2 days:

Reminds me of a Heuchera (eg. Coral Bells), but the leaves are usually more ornate than this and the petioles more fuzzy.

I think it's a Ligularia but I'm not sure which one.
Probably a variety of Ligularia Osiris or dentata.

Ligularia dentata... of which 'Osiris' is a variety. Edit: Or cultivar, I should have said.

Thank You! everyone for your efforts. Smiling I only remembered the name to start with an "L" and a couple of you hit it on the head. I think it is a Ligularia dentata; but which one, not so sure. Will have to study more images... Blinking

Ligularia dentata or variety is my thought as well. Could be L. sibirica.
