The plant shown here isn't Heuchera richardsonii, which I grow and also see in the wild. The leaves should have rounded lobes and be somewhat shiny.
I'm not sure this is even a heuchera... ?
I did send medinac a tree-mail to ask about the plant, but I'm not sure he or she is still active here.

I am pretty sure it is Villosa.

You're the boss when it comes to heucheras, Bob, so you might as well move it to the H. villosa entry.
