Hurray! You haven't lost them. I see life in all those dried up dead leaves. Hurray!
Carefully remove all plant/plant debris. Clean the soil in the pots up, add some chicken grit to it and mix. Do one container at a time so you don't get them mixed up.
Then carefully start removing all the dead leaves until you get to healthy leaves. Don't forget to take a photo for us, before you replant them. So we can make sure you have them cleaned well enough. Hurray!
It appears that all those dead leaves have been sheltering/protecting the dormant rosette. They will take off growing once their home is repaired.

Good luck Cinda! This is the one hassle about these plants...Spring cleaning! Thumbs down But Lynn is probably right, and you just need to clean them up! Hope they recover! Thumbs up

I am working on them , finding mostly dry centers but a few with color in the middle .
Will take photos tomorrow (hopefully ) may rain all day?
