You haven't lost them. I see life in all those dried up dead leaves.
Carefully remove all plant/plant debris. Clean the soil in the pots up, add some chicken grit to it and mix. Do one container at a time so you don't get them mixed up.
Then carefully start removing all the dead leaves until you get to healthy leaves. Don't forget to take a photo for us, before you replant them. So we can make sure you have them cleaned well enough.
It appears that all those dead leaves have been sheltering/protecting the dormant rosette. They will take off growing once their home is repaired.
