I am so in love with this sunjet solar powered water fountain.....a friend has one and as soon as my disposable income arrives/returns...it's a must have. You can even put it in a galvanized tub or barrel.

As the weather turns to toasty might be seeing more pics of some folks water features... love watching the fishes and cool water pictures. Heron, too and what about the froggies?

My water feature is still holding up well, even with the heat. Bromeliads still look terrific!

You can get one of those fountains at Lowes or Home Depot, last time I checked. They only take a few minutes to put together, and you have to make sure they are level, but well worth it. It helps if you have an outlet close by too, that you can run an extension cord from. If you need one. My pump cord is so long I didn't need an extension cord...ha!

Very little sun at all, it's on the north side of the house. I'm guessing maybe an hour total in very early morning hours.

My coleus is driving me crazy. Some love the shade, some hate it. Trial and error for me....but a water feature would be a plus for the shade lovers.

Mine are still in full morning sun, and holding up fine. They get full sun till about 11:30 AM-12:00 Noon. Then shaded the rest the day.

Alan, your water feature still looks awesome! Boo, I just bought a small solar fountain off of ebay, $20 including shipping. When I say small, I mean small, LOL, but it works just right for what I wanted. I put it in my little pond, in the center of a ships wheel, to add aeration for the fish. I'll try to post a pic tomorrow. Sorry I'm so late to the party! I haven't been on the computer much lately!
