Rose (Rosa 'Lemon Fizz')

I think it is this one, and I am wondering if anyone knows if it is fragrant? It doesn't say anywhere I can find. I wanted a yellow rose by my front door and I haven't been able to find any. I was going to plant Knockout yellow roses but haven't had any luck finding those either. I think the red Knockouts are too garish for my taste. I'm also wondering how many petals the lemon fizz has? I think it has a single row of petals but then I'm not sure because the picture on the tag looks a little fuller.
Has anyone grown this?

I don't know about fragrance either, but if it is the Kordes shrub, it should be a good rose. It is described as being a single rose and disease resistant.

Can you post a picture of the tag that was with the HD rose?
That's not a typical one for them to carry. Usually they have Sunsprite or Sun Flare or gold Medal.
Sunsprite would be a great rose to use by the front door because it blooms from spring to fall, nonstop.
Sparkle and Shine would be good too.

According to Chamblee's, this rose is fragrant.

Several sources list it as a single rose. I think the petals are slightly ruffled, however, so that could create the illusion of an extra row of petals in a picture.

Lemon Fizz appeared at our Lowes today! They were blooming, single ruffly blooms. They are a pretty shade of yellow-not dayglo, not pale, but in between. A clear, cheerful yellow. I caught a little bit of scent, but not much, but then everything was pretty frozen too. Do roses put out scent when it is 30 degrees?
They also had three others in the Kordes' Kolorscape series--Flamingo, Kardinal, and Milano. They were in the Forever and Ever brand gallon pots, priced at $12.98.
They were all bigger and nicer than the ones I got from Chamblee. Sad
I just may have to go back tomorrow and adopt a few.... Whistling

I got a Lemon Fizz from a mamajack sale, and she got it from Chamblees. It was small, but--of course, it IS a Kordes--it is doing well and I am hopeful for blooms this summer. Here is the Chamblee link if you want to see more detail, Frilly.

Mine had a few buds that opened. They do have a sweet fragrance. Single blooms but are ruffled so they look fuller. A strong yellow, not pale or cream color. They closed up at dark and opened again in the morning. The foliage is a glossy dark green. I have pics and pic of the tag but I will post that later when I have more time.
