Yes Greg yewwwww. Serves her right for raising that thief. Hilarious!

Lynn I hugged her and she had to go to the vet. She was so upset she could not keep food down.

Poor thing, wish monster dog would of gotten out and had the thief cornered when you got home. What is the dogs name? I believe in karma too and I like that saying 'My Mom use to say you might get by but you will not get away'.

You should check a few of the pawn stores close by, you might see your jewelry. At least no one was hurt. Group hug

That's a good idea about checking pawn shops. If you had a piece of jewelry that had an identifying feature that made it unique, you could call the shops that aren't close to cut down on the leg work. (The thief might've been smart enough to sell it on the opposite side of the city).

Good luck!

The police said they were checking to see if they had gotten large drops of jewelry. The jewelry they took that was mine was Southwestern. I had been collecting for 20 years. I had a few pieces that were signed by Lynol Yellowhorse. He died and his pieces rose in price.

In this area they are mostly taking them to all the corner meltdown places that buy gold and silver. There are very few pawn shops anymore in my area.

I wish my dog was out too but I thought maybe it was meant that she was not out if it was a kid and she killed them I think I would have not been able to take coming home and see it. Plus I have white furniture that would not have been good. They would have had to put me in the hospital.

My Dog's name is Briella.

This is a pic of her daddy.

Wow a brute indeed!!! I agree with you, even if she had maimed them it would have bothered you I bet! But they if she were out it may have diverted them from getting into your place at all...Oh well!! I am sorry to hear of your loss Thumbs down A big electronic hug your way! Group hug

The problem Greg is these dogs are not owned to maim They let you in and take you out. They are not about conversation (no barking). I guess it was not the robber's time to die. It was to coincidental that she got closed in the room. Thank you for the hug, when I took a pic today with my new little camera I realized why I purchased the expensive camera and I got upset again. I have to get busy and buy a real camera before I miss good pics for our northern short summers.

Julia she is a Mastiff. They are good protection. As mean as she looks she is so sweet to family members. She does not realize how big she is because she tries to crawl up in your lap. But she turns into the Haulk when there is danger.

Aww Thank you. I am okay. As soon as I get the right camera I will take pics and make new memories.

Yes they took 2 laptops, He/She got a couple electronics along with the personal items. I did luck out they did not take my backup disk. I did a bad thing I had not backed up the entire system in over 2 years. I use to do a entire back up once a month. Since I retired I only back up contracts for my rental property, Tax info and that kind of stuff. I had not backed up my pics.

They left my Nook. I had to use that for a few weeks until I decided which computer I wanted. I miss windows 7. Anybody on Windows 8? I do not like it.

Here are some baby pics I have on photobucket.
