This is a native I grow. Its flowers are large and gracefully wafting: Hibiscus splendens. Self seeds excellently. I have just potted 8 for a plant sale to raise money for our island library.

They are producing excellent cultivars from it now.

There are so many things I have not seen. A bear would be good.
