This might be in the wrong place...as I am apt to do...BUT...
My neighbor is trimming her Lady Banks...can it be started from cuttings? If so, HOW! Jo

I think you start Lady Banks in the summer from semi-hardwood cuttings. In other words, after they've bloomed and the stem is not as soft.
