The son of the people that used to own the house said his mom like to grow succulents around the rocks. Does anyone know what these guys are? I really like them and think it look cool.

Welcome!

Sedum sieboldii is a strong contender ..

http://www.perennialresource.c...

It's had a name change to Hylotelephium sieboldii ..

Sedum (Hylotelephium sieboldii)

The Plant List says differently ..

I don't know a ton about sedums, but I think due to the branching growth and leaf pattern Two-Row Stonecrop (Phedimus spurius 'Schorbuser Blut')

or Sedum (Phedimus spurius 'Fuldaglut')
might be more likely.

Sieboldii leaves tend to grow in groups of three.
