Thank You! Susie. I just happened to be going through some 'old' pictures from 2010 & 2011 and felt they were good enough to post. This is probably my easiest, fastest, and nicest of the Orientals. Fragrance? Yes, and the Hummingbirds love it too. I wish our weather would improve: Very windy here today. Thumbs down

Me too! We're windy and chance of snow again Tuesday. Had a couple inches last Thursday, I'm starting to wonder if this winter is ever going to end. Blinking

Karen,
Thanks for commenting. This is an 'almost carefree' lily. You won't be disappointed if you get it. Smiling

The real butt kicker is that I gave a $50 gift certificate to an in-law that likes flowers to B&D lilies and urged her to get Casa Blanca. As far as I know she never even used the gift certificate. All my liles have come from B&D and Buggycrazy. HUGE bulbs. then I got some from ( wilds) and they were quarter sized as apposed to big red delicious Apple sized and I was so disturbed I threw all of them into a single pot and threw some dirt over them. If you guys can direct me to lily sources that rival B&D or Buggycrazy I would love it. Karen M

That is one impressive cluster! How many plants in there?

I've got quite a few Casa Blanca's but they're all spaced out. I started with 18 or 20 in a garden row but most got gifted out at 3 years. Sure-fire method of keeping my buddies wives on good speaking terms. Being single often catches blame not necessarily deserved... Sticking tongue out

Wes,
There's probably 15-20 large bulbs in the group not counting all the bulblets & off-shoots. These should have been dug, sorted & re-planted last fall, but unfortunately that did not get done. This fall will be a "must dig & re-plant" for them. Good gifts for everyone! Smiling
